Job Description
To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage the Product function from an end to end perspective of customer life cycle. This includes customer segmentation and selection, product development, market positioning, sales channel planning, customer experience and credit performance.
- Work with the Head of Retail Products to identify gaps in the existing product suite to develop and launch new products, review and benchmark the existing products against market and make appropriate changes, and manage the P&L for each product end-to-end.
- Work with the sales channels to create channel strategies and acquisition plan. Build alternate, cost effective sales channels, including external partners for indirect sales
- Work with the Credit team to define the Credit Policy for acquisition and the stock portfolio
- Work with the Customer Experience team to define the Service Strategy and desired goals
- Work with the Finance/BPNA team to formalize a product-wise Business Plan
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customers, competition and market trends and adopt measures accordingly to maximize profit or minimize any perceived risk
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking - Retail Products
- Strong knowledge in Core Banking Systems
