About the team
The Property Finder Product Team is a diverse, fast-paced, collaborative, and driven team.
- We are a multidisciplinary team. Our roles include product design, product management, product operations, research, SEO, and product marketing.
- We build useful, usable, and innovative experiences for Property Finder’s customers. These experiences live across the web, native mobile apps, and internal software platforms.

About your role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’re responsible for uncovering customer insights, contributing to product strategy and vision, and helping your product team deliver outstanding experiences that create value for our customers and Property Finder. You develop positive relationships, mentor junior designers, and work with peers and stakeholders to elevate design quality in your product area. Our mission is to make Property Finder the most trusted partner to discover, buy, sell, or rent a home in the Middle East and North Africa.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: you have 8+ years of experience as an in-house product designer, user experience designer, design lead, or similar role.
- Expertise: you have a proven track record of strong product discovery, product design, visual design, interaction, prototyping, and research skills.
- Product & design vision: you have developed design solutions that address customer and business problems. You're more concerned with the 'why' than the 'how'.
- Communication: you are excellent at building relationships and working optimally with diverse, cross-functional teams. You are great at openly giving and receiving feedback and present your work to the wider oganization.
- Mentorship: You help other designers grow in their careers, improve their skills, and deliver their best work. You have experience making effective decisions and managing design project work.
- Execution: You take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed product team member. You have experience shipping products that get meaningful results for customers and businesses
- Appreciation of quality: the details and nuances of your work are important to you. You are enthusiastic about your favorite products and can articulate why they're incredible. You are excited to build great products and a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Design outstanding digital experiences for web and mobile that help both our customers and our business.
- Advocate for customer needs and ensure that designs address customer goals.
- Develop deep domain knowledge of your squad's product area and team up with your product manager and engineering lead to drive impactful outcomes.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers to deliver top-quality customer experiences across our monetization products.
- Lead design activities like problem discovery and definition, design sprints, ideation, co-design sessions, prototyping, design critiques, and A/B testing.
- Propose, test, and evaluate ideas that improve Property Finder’s monetization experiences.
- Manage, mentor, and help more junior product designers grow their skills.
- Work on multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Partner with other B2B and B2C design & product teams to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all Property Finder’s products
- Lead by example, bringing a positive, can-do attitude to work, and inspiring others to build great products.
