As a Senior Product Designer, your role is crucial in driving design solutions that solve complex problems with a user-centred focus. You will influence and shape the direction of our products across all platforms. Your advanced understanding and implementation of design principles, combined with your ability to mentor and elevate other team members, makes you an essential player in our team's mission to deliver unparalleled digital experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex design projects from concept development to execution across various platforms.
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability studies to guide design decisions and propose innovative solutions.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, facilitating productive design reviews.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Drive the expansion and evolution of the current design system, addressing new and unforeseen use cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing design insight and integrating user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives into the design process.
• Advocate for the user, ensuring a user-centred design approach is upheld across all projects.
