Senior Processor - Cash & Clearing Management

We are currently seeking a Senior Processor, Cash & Clearing Management - role for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

• Undertake processing activities, within established policies and procedures, to support the work accomplishment of the Clearing & Cash Management Unit, while maintaining utmost confidentiality with regard to cash movements and clearing process to protect Bank’s interest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of LBD cheques discounting, withdrawals, postponements, returns and filing. Process special clearing cheques for inward and outward, collection cheques, posting of EOD reversals, batch processing, reconciliation entries.
• Assist Assistant Manager to monitor replenish cash and consumables for Branches and off-site ATMs through service providers to ensure the continuous availability of services to customers.  Ensure balancing of off-site ATMs on daily basis and minimize error rate.
• Perform straight forward processes accurately under supervision to ensure the work is satisfactorily accomplished and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
• Processing of customer cash deposit and ATM entries daily.
• Support the Team Leader to submit the MIS and operation risk reports in time.
• Handling customer disputes and ensure timely resolution.
• Take active interest to build skill to hold higher responsibilities.
• Monitor Service requests raised in Freshworks and complaints portals.
• Handling referred cases from Vendors (TG, WNS and Cashtrans)
• Handling collection items in UAE CB portal.
• Handling OBC/IBC items.
• Monitoring and handling CCI items raised in UAE CB portal.
• Monitor CROI cases raised in UAE CB portal.
• Processing LBD transactions
• Liaising with internal customers for various transactions related to Clearing/Collection and LBD.
