About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PR Account Director to join a prestigious global PR agency based in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in public relations, specifically within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic PR initiatives and nurturing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage comprehensive PR campaigns for high-profile banking clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
• Develop and execute innovative communication plans that enhance brand reputation and visibility within the financial sector.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert counsel and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content, media materials, and thought leadership pieces tailored to the banking industry.
• Identify and leverage media opportunities, cultivating relationships with key journalists and influencers in the financial services space.
• Monitor and analyze PR trends and performance metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in public relations, with a strong emphasis on banking or financial services clients.
• Proven track record of managing large accounts and executing successful PR campaigns in a global context.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
• In-depth understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and the global financial market.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
