Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning within the engineering or construction sectors, preferably with experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other planning software.
In-depth knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and techniques.
Strong understanding of engineering design and construction processes.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Saudi Arabian and UAE building codes and regulations.
Experience working on international projects, particularly in the Middle East.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is a plus.
