General Description of Role and Responsibilities:Liaise with the team of professional planners and supports Project Controls Lead in all Upstream reportingand management.Liaise closely with the Project Management team for day-to-day tasks and requirements.You have considerable Planning & Scheduling experience showing clear career progression in the planningfield through working either client side or for a consultancy.You will have experience in dealing with clients on daily basis in high pressure environments.Project Planning and SchedulingAssist in managing logic networks based on critical path (P6)Assist in the development and preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports & dashboards to the clientAssist in managing logic networks based on critical path (P6)Assist in the development and preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports & dashboards to the clientAssist in the updating of the Baseline Schedule, including executive summary reportIdentify bottleneck areas and alerting management as well as develop solutionsAssist in the development of weekly snap shots as required by the clientAttend meetings with the client and owner and provide information to team members regarding new directionor updated informationDeveloping the appropriate systems and procedures to deliver services to clientBe a team Leader to ensure all deliverables are submitted in a timely fashionReview and sign off on all deliverables prior to submission to owner & client
