General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the team of professional planners and supports Project Controls Lead in all Upstream reporting
- and management.
- Liaise closely with the Project Management team for day-to-day tasks and requirements.
- You have considerable Planning & Scheduling experience showing clear career progression in the planning
- field through working either client side or for a consultancy.
- You will have experience in dealing with clients on daily basis in high pressure environments.
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Assist in managing logic networks based on critical path (P6)
- Assist in the development and preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports & dashboards to the client

- Assist in the updating of the Baseline Schedule, including executive summary report
- Identify bottleneck areas and alerting management as well as develop solutions
- Assist in the development of weekly snap shots as required by the client
- Attend meetings with the client and owner and provide information to team members regarding new direction
- or updated information
- Developing the appropriate systems and procedures to deliver services to client
- Be a team Leader to ensure all deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion
- Review and sign off on all deliverables prior to submission to owner & client
Skills
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have an undergraduate Civil engineering degree from a reputable university.
- Must possess (minimum) 12 years of total experience and 8 years UAE experience in specific of Abu Dhabi work experience.
- Client-side experience managing PMCs, LDCs Cost Consultants and other stakeholders. Contractor experience is mandatory as well.
