Job Summary
Senior Payroll Specialist in our GBS Payroll Team in Sharjah, UAE will play a pivotal role in delivery of payroll process as well as supporting change and process improvement initiatives. Senior Payroll Specialist will work with Payroll Lead and GBS HR and Payroll SDL to streamline the process and ensure payroll governance is in place. The role will also support migration of payroll process from Oracle to SAP. Also, Senior Payroll Specialist will work alongside the payroll team to support day-to-day payroll operations (payroll data input, time validations, gross-to-net and net-to-pay calculations, etc.).
Roles & Responsibilities
Support migration project (Oracle to SAP) with documentation, UAT Testing
Support Payroll Leadership in driving Payroll Governance (KPI reporting, payroll compliance, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the Payroll and Time process space
Handle operational payroll duties for number of business units that will entail
Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
