Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Accuracy Specialist to join our team. This role will focus exclusively on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data across multiple systems, including Workday, Oracle, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data management and auditing, with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Expertise in Workday is essential, as this role involves utilizing the system to optimize data accuracy and reporting capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


•            Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, including grading, title matching, and other data standards.


•            Monitor and verify the accuracy of data entries in Workday and other systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data correction processes as needed.


•            Act as the primary contact for all reporting needs, providing both fixed standard reports and customized reports based on business requirements.


•            Ensure alignment of data across various platforms, confirming that inputs and outputs from different sources are consistent and accurate.


•            Utilize advanced skills in Workday to analyze current data practices, recommend improvements, and activate features that enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.


•            Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and adherence to data governance policies.


•            Participate in system testing for updates, new features, or integrations, ensuring data accuracy throughout changes.


Qualifications:


•            Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Human Resources); an advanced degree is preferred.


•            Minimum of [X] years of experience in data management, auditing, or a similar role, with a focus on HR data.


•            Strong proficiency in Workday, with experience in data management, reporting, and optimizing system features.


•            Familiarity with other HRIS systems like Oracle is advantageous.


•            Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy.


•            Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.


•            Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
