About the opportunity we offer:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Offshore Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on FEED, EPC, and detailed design projects. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for developing and analyzing structural solutions for offshore platforms and facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Analysis:
- Develop comprehensive structural designs for offshore platforms and facilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs align with project specifications and industry standards.
- Utilize advanced engineering software to produce precise and efficient structural models.
2. Project Management:
- Engage in FEED, EPC, and detailed design phases of projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs.
- Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and technical reports.
3. Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Conduct structural analysis and simulations to verify design integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
4. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Participate in design reviews and audits to uphold quality and safety standards.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external parties.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
Languages: English + proficiency level (Basic, Professional, Fluent)
Main skills: - Over 14 years of experience in offshore structural engineering within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SACS, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of offshore design codes and standards (e.g., API, ISO, DNV).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
