Job Description

The Legal Affairs Department of the Dubai Government is seeking ambitious individuals in the field of corporate marketing within the Corporate Marketing Section of the Support Services Department to contribute to the implementation of its tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the approved procedures


Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and occasions organised or attended by the department.


  • Coordinate with the relevant organisational units to prepare and implement marketing campaigns for the department's initiatives and services.


  • Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies that enhance the department’s institutional reputation.


  • Participate in managing digital content across the department's social media platforms.


  • Communicate and coordinate with partners and suppliers regarding the department's events, initiatives, and marketing needs.


  • Contribute to arranging the reception of visiting delegations to the department, in accordance with the established procedures.


  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of voluntary initiatives organised or attended by the department.


  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of occupational health, sports, and recreational activities for the department's employees, in coordination with the relevant organisational units.


  • Provide and implement marketing proposals that serve the department and its employees by studying and researching best practices and events followed by various institutions and government departments.


  • Create a database for the Corporate Marketing Section’s operations, according to the applicable procedures and instructions.


  • Identify the strategic and operational performance indicators related to the department’s work.


  • Contribute to improving and developing the section’s work processes by analysing performance measurement results.


Main Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to the use of the "Tawkeet" system for documenting all tasks and work completed daily, in accordance with the applicable regulations.


  • Prepare a weekly report on all transactions assigned to you and the actions taken in them, in accordance with the instructions issued in this regard.


  • Comply with all work procedures followed in the department concerning the Transaction Management System (Documentation).


  • Comply with the department's information security policies.


  • Adhere to all circulars issued by the department concerning attendance and departure to ensure tasks are completed on time, with the required quality and efficiency.


Educational Qualifications and Years of Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.


  • At least two years of experience in corporate marketing.


Required Skills (Technical and Behavioural Competencies):
  • Familiarity with all policies, procedures, and systems related to the field of work.


  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage work-related pressures.


  • Ability to be creative and innovative within the field of work.


  • Proficiency in computer skills.


  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
