Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a
well-established insurance company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking a
highly skilled Senior Officer - Insurance to join their insurance division. The
Senior Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting various
insurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and
delivering exceptional client service. This role requires a strong
understanding of insurance processes, claims handling, policy management, and
client relations.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the insurance division, including policy
issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
- Manage claims processing by ensuring accurate documentation, timely
submission, and efficient resolution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, brokers, and internal teams,
addressing insurance-related inquiries and providing high-quality customer
service.
- Conduct underwriting tasks by reviewing proposals, assessing risks, and
ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Ensure all insurance documentation and contracts are accurate, complete, and
comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in preparing management reports, including policy performance reviews,
claims ratios, and other key metrics.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts by ensuring all processes align with
local and international insurance laws.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assist in product development
and ensure policies align with market demands.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the insurance department to
enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry developments and ensure processes remain up-to-date
with regulatory requirements.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in an insurance role, with a focus on claims
handling, underwriting, or policy management. - Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and regulatory
frameworks. - Proficiency in insurance software and systems (e.g., TPA, CRM systems).
