Role Summary:


The role is created to provide support and assistance to the Line Manager to look after the expanding DMCC Business Centre locations and its team in addition to managing the Business Centre Operators in the Free Zone


Responsibilities:


  • Display perfect understanding of existing products and services
  • Reflect knowledge and awareness with developing market competition 
  • Assist in conducting Members Satisfaction Surveys to understand areas of excel or development needs
  • Promote new or updated products and services to accommodate members’ requirements 
  • Coordinate with potential service providers/suppliers in the market to acquaint with market’s variety of options in terms of cost and value
  • Review existing products/services and assess the need to replace or update
  • Conduct research and analysis for proposed products/services
  • Maintain excellent system knowledge
  • Monitor system errors/failures and report them to IT Department 
  • Occasional review of all existing system processes and suggest changes/enhancements/updates to improve client experience
  • Prepare Business Requirements Document to submit enhancement requests
  • Effective coordination with Member Success and IT departments to deliver required requirements 
  • Test and Monitor new/enhanced process to ensure their relevancy to the initial requirements
  • Maintain professional relations with DMCC’s Business Centre Operators partners
  • Timely response and assistance to Business Centre Operators requests/inquiries/complaints
  • Show excellent knowledge in Business Centre Operators locations, services, occupancy and compliance
  • Maintain excellent awareness of required documents and information for expansion or new Business Centre formation request
  • Arrange occasional scheduled visits to all Business Centre Operators locations
  • Review all Business Centre Operators for New/Expansion/Dedicated Workstation Permit and give recommendations to management

Qualifications:


  • Degree level
  • 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role
  • Language Skills: Very good command over English, both written and spoken. Arabic would be an asset
