2. Actindependently toimplementtherapeutic techniques andprocedures asperthescope ofthe specialty/competency thataiminto functionalrehabilitation
3. Undertakingpredominantly complexcases;manage caseloadefficiently&effectivelyandtakeall precautions toobserve indications andcontraindications
4. Maintaindocumentation recordsandallstatisticalinformationthatreflectcaredeliveryas perthe standards and policies of the facility
5. Communicatewithreferralsources,teammembersandallprofessionalsaimingatmaximizing rehabilitationoutcomes
6. Provideon-calldutyafterworkinghours,duringpublicholidaysandcoverabsentstaffwhen required
7. Providehomecarewhenrequired
8. Participatein qualitydevelopmentactivities, teammeetingsIroundsasrequired
9. Supervisetherapistsandrehabilitationaidestoensurecompliancewithpolicies,proceduresand protocols
10. PreparepatientreportsInecessityletterswhenrequested
