Your role

You role will require a deep understanding of animation with strong graphic and product design principles to create dynamic and effective visual narratives for Tamara. You will be part of a cross functional design team that will see your work intersecting both on the product and branding aspect of Tamara.

• Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics for a variety of media including digital ads, social media, and promotional videos.
• Ability to work on the intersection of Brand and Product experience is a must
• Utilize advanced animation techniques to enhance storytelling through dynamic visual content that engages and inspires audiences.
• Work closely with creative directors, art directors, and other designers to integrate motion graphics with other multimedia elements.
• Push the boundaries of motion design to create innovative solutions that effectively convey complex messages in simple, visually appealing ways.
• Lead motion design projects from concept through completion, ensuring all elements are aligned with the brand’s standards and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and software in motion design, continuously enhancing skills and introducing new tools and techniques to the team.

• At least 6 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio of previous work that demonstrates expertise in motion graphics and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design and editing software.  (3D is a plus)
• A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of motion design work. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Exceptional creativity and a proven track record of delivering innovative motion design solutions that meet marketing and branding objectives.

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
