- Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events, such as property launches and open houses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage and maintain the company's website and ensure it is updated with the latest information and visuals.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing collateral and support their efforts in generating leads and closing deals.
