Position Title:                Senior Marketing Manager

Employment Type:       Full Time

Salary:                              up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee brand management efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, using this data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Optimize online presence by leading SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, driving increased traffic and engagement and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • 40 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Atleast 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior management role, ideally in the real estate or development sector
  • Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
