Manage financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.Oversee the maintenance of Chart of Accounts and General Ledger structures, ensuring alignment with organizational changes.Lead the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements and reports, along with coordinating audits.Develop and enhance financial reporting systems and processes, ensuring they meet international best practices.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for financial decision-making to senior leadership.Train and support team members, ensuring adherence to financial standards and policies.
Profile
Qualified ACA, CPA, or ACCA professional.4-6 years of experience, including managerial roles in financial reporting and accounting.Strong understanding of IFRS and financial systems like Oracle.Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Big 4 experience preferred.Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
