As a Sales Manager at DreamSetGo, based in Dubai, you will drive revenue growth by monetizing live sports properties and expanding the customer base through strategic planning, relationship-building, and business development. Your role will be pivotal in achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, and establishing partnerships. This position requires a deep understanding of the corporate sales environment, excellent business development skills, and a passion for sports.
Your Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by monetizing live sports properties and expanding the customer base in Dubai, with a focus on HNIs.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth and expansion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution.
+ Must be based in Dubai
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales across various industries, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
+ Expertise in driving revenue growth and managing a diverse client base, including High Net-Worth Individuals.
+ Proven success in over-achieving sales quotas and meeting aggressive sales targets.
+ Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
