Job Description

Introduction


Kroll’s Restructuring practice represents both debtors and creditors across various situations requiring customized, high-quality analysis and insights. Kroll provides specialist restructuring advice and distinguishes itself in  complex situations, requiring astute analysis, deep industry insight, practical solutions, and international reach. 


As a member of Kroll’s Restructuring team in the Middle East, you will be working closely with companies across a variety of industries to help underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring needs, assess the viable options available, and to execute the optimal solution.


Day-to-day responsabilities:


•            Lead and direct engagements across the restructuring space, including financial and operational restructuring, contingency planning, debt advisory, , voluntary and involuntary liquidations, receiverships, accelerated M&A, , , and forensic accounting investigation assignments.


•            Prepare and review structured and ad-hoc financial data, including building and maintaining a 13-week cash flow, reviewing business plans and preparing estimated outcome statements.


•            Review financial statements, bank facility agreements, legal documents, and other relevant information and identify key relevant facts and begin to develop strategies


•            Work with clients to create a long-term business plan in order to track and manage business performance, manage working capital, and implement cost reduction initiatives.


•            Assist with the professional development of staff


Essential traits:


•            Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field


•            CA or CPA qualification.


•            At least 5-8 years' relevant work experience in restructuring activities (reviewing financial statement analysis, financial modeling, financial due diligence, corporate insolvency cases and restructuring out-of-court and in-court procedures) ideally from a professional services background


•            Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills


•            Arabic speaker is preferred
