Support all DHE Group commercial teams to provide complex advice in relation to the post holder’s area of legal expertise, including but not limited to commercial, corporate, litigation, leisure & entertainment, development and IP. The post holder may be asked to provide advice in relation to labor law issues and real estate (both sales and leasing) and or transactional matters from time to time.
Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - Public Relation & Communication at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
• Prepares and Delivers the PR and media strategy, with support of the Executive Director of Marketing.
• Manages the PR Agency across campaign PR planning, KPIs and reporting. Maintain the best-in class standard of PR execution.
• Maintains direct key relationships with media, partners and influencers.
• PR interviews: Prepares, coordinates and briefs key stakeholders on interviews.
• PR events: Plans, coordinates and manages all PR events at high-level of execution.
• Prepares PR briefings for Executive Director Marketing, Chiefs and CEO for all major PR events.
• Internal communications: Prepares, reviews and coordinates sign off of all internal communications.
• EDM Content: Reviews e-newsletter content prior to distribution.
• Prepares and manages the delivery of press kits, fact sheets, boiler plates, and related PR and
comms materials.
• Manages communications materials for internal conferences and key meetings.
• Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication ready.
• Crisis Management: Able to manage crisis management escalation, preparation of statements and
stakeholder management.
• Manages PR and Communications SOPs (standard operating procedures, approval flows etc.)
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
• Seeks new and innovative opportunities for growing PR coverage, relationships with media and
exposure driving conversion to our assets. Work with different marketing departments to generate
new ideas and strategies
