Job Description
Key Responsibility
- Develop strategic relations with customers in logistics, Industrial & Real Estate industry to execute the commercial plans of DPW UAE Region.
- Assist in managing the full life cycle of Built to Suit (BTS) projects, including feasibility analysis, commercial negotiations, contract negotiations, construction, and handover.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for BTS projects, ensuring alignment with the company requirements by proactively generating leads through market research, networking, and partnerships with commercial real estate brokers, industry experts, and consultants.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients for BTS opportunities, including large corporations and investors looking for custom, long-term real estate solutions, while engaging with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Real Estate Directors) and guiding them through the BTS process, from initial discussions to contract negotiation and closing.
- Oversee the development and presentation of customized proposals, including pricing, site options, and value-added services that align with client needs.
- Assist in negotiations on contracts, including lease terms, project scope, and timelines, while collaborating with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure contracts and financial structures are aligned with business goals and project feasibility.
- Continuously monitor market conditions, competitor offerings, and industry trends to adapt the sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition by regularly updates on competitive pricing, market demand, and customer preferences to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end sales process, ensuring timely closure of deals and smooth handover to the project management team for execution.
- Assist in managing the PMO function, including the implementation of best practices, processes, and frameworks to support project management activities.
- Ensure the implementation of the key project management duties including overseeing the portfolio of existing projects as well as new projects, alignment of the projects with business goals, tracking the progress of the projects, monitoring deadlines for tasks, reviewing documentation for project creation, analyzing financial data and creating reports for the management and stakeholders.
