Senior Manager - People Partner

Summary of the role


  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off-boarding, career development, learning, internal mobility, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Coordinate with P&C functions such as recruitment, compensation, and benefits to ensure seamless operations and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the local deployment of reward programs, evaluate their success, and provide compensation guidance to local management.
  • Assist in implementing P&C policies, programs, and initiatives at the country level, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Handle employee relations matters and performance management in collaboration with management.
  • Provide support in P&C reporting and analytics, generating insights for continuous improvement in processes and practices.
  • Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary adjustments to P&C practices.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Global Business Partners, and local specialists to deploy People & Culture initiatives effectively.

About the Ideal Candidate:


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including a role as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in a global, matrix environment, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources processes and regional labor regulations, with strong employee relations knowledge.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong business acumen that drives results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of navigating complex situations with confidence.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Middle East region.
