·Handle all external disputes and complaints received from KHDA customers such as Parents, Students, and Education providers by following these steps:
·Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others — Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
·Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
·Analysing Data or Information — Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
·Solving Problems — Analysing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
·Informing: communicating decision to all parties.
·Compliance visits: conduct compliance visit to education providers and investigate, interview and collect evidences.
·Awareness workshops: conduct awareness workshops for schools when needed.
relevant degree (e.g., education, law, public administration), experience in conflict resolution and handling education-related disputes, strong analytical skills for interpreting educational data, excellent communication abilities for reporting decisions and conducting workshops, problem-solving skills for resolving disputes, experience in conducting compliance visits and gathering evidence in educational settings, and the capability to design and deliver training sessions for schools.
