Designation: Senior Manager Marketing (Arabic/European nationals)
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a Senior Manager- Marketing who will lead the development and execution of the companys marketing strategies from conception to implementation to achieve business objectives. This role involves overseeing branding, advertising, digital marketing, market research, and communications, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in its industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Lead the creation and execution of annual marketing plans.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Establish clear deliverables for the marketing department.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelance partners.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and voice across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of consistent and compelling branding materials.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Monitor and report on key industry developments and their potential impact on the business.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Lead the development of multichannel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, digital and social media.
- Oversee content creation for adverting, promotions, and internal communicators.
- Evaluate campaign ROI and optimize for effectiveness.
Digital Marketing and Technology:
- Manage the companys online presence, including websites, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Implement innovative digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Leverage data analytics to drive targeted marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and growth opportunities to the CEO.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (masters preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads Tools, Meta Ads, CRM, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Expertise in digital marketing, including but not limited to, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time job
- Office-based with occasional travel to entity sites or meetings as required.
- May involve extended hours during peak periods or for urgent marketing managers
Salary Budget: AED 30,000 to 33,000 per month
