The job holder will manage and maintain infrastructure requirements for the company / verticals / subsidiaries across all projects.

Lead preparation of project plans by looking at designs, time frames, costs involved for infrastructure development of Master Communities.
To manage and review infrastructure requirements including electrical, telecoms, street lighting, potable water, sewer, irrigation, district cooling, gas, groundwater, and all other applicable services for all the company/its verticals projects to allow for proper implementation and sustainable operation & maintenance
Ensure coordination of infrastructure and implementation of concept designs with all other departments to allow for an accurate updated database of infrastructure records, proper construction, operation, and maintenance.
To manage, review and recommend process for internal masterplan changes, new proposals and consultant designs and recommendations and verify recommendations to management that are feasible, practical, and cost efficient.
Manage third party developers requests for information, utility load and traffic demands, NOCs and complaints in a professional and timely manner in compliance with company standard policies and procedures.
Ensure infrastructure masterplans are updated on time to relevant authorities such as RTA, DM, DEWA, Empower, Lootah Gas and Telecoms providers as required.
Coordinate with all stakeholders for interfaces between Projects & Development, Roads and Services.
Abide by company’s standards and confidentiality policies.
To suggest master plan management team on all infrastructure requirements that need to be taken into consideration in any master plan proposal.
To perform feasibility studies on different engineering methodologies relevant to infrastructure services and present them to the master plan management team identifying the most cost effective and feasible option.
To advise on the associated cost of any proposed infrastructure work as per the latest market value.
Manage and support development team across all the company/its verticals on-going projects, review received submissions, provide comments, check the capacity of the water, sewerage, TSE and stormwater connection points, support consultants to obtain approvals from DM & DEWA.
Finalize sewerage hydraulic models for projects involved with, update the sewage loads as per the latest master plan data sets.
Update wet utilities data sets as per the latest master plan data sets in both wet utilities’ sheets and enterprise for all plots in the company/its verticals developments.
Study and provide assessment for Urban Management requests such as land use change, amalgamation, dividing plots etc with sewerage loads, water demands and identify associated cost in accordance to master planning developments and updates.
Support the company’s community and mall teams to solve all accidents and emergencies within the company’s /vertical’s projects including but not limited to provide technical support, prepare RFP, and follow up with the hired consultants.
Define the company/verticals ultimate strategies regarding all wet utilities to serve our developments and lead the coordination with DM, DEWA and Empower.
Lead coordination between all involved stakeholders regarding elimination of our existing/ proposed STPs and provide connections towards DM proposed/ existing lines.
Lead the ultimate demand of district cooling for certain developments involved and coordinate with Empower for proposed routing and catchments areas.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Master's in engineering project management – Water Projects Management. (Preferable)
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering – water resources & environment
Minimum Experience (number of years):
Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering with at least 3 years’ experience in a senior managerial level in the infrastructure department for a large property developer/or with a Municipal Corporation/City Communities/ or with a Major Utility Provider like DEWA, ADWEA, or Private Units.
