We’re looking for Senior Manager – Asset Management in Dubai and the main job function to lead the AMEAPC Asset Management team, focusing on operations support. Your responsibilities include setting the strategy and vision for operational optimization, overseeing Remote Control Centre operations, maintaining O&M standards and governance, managing digital PTW & ESR ownership, and driving cost optimization initiatives.

What you’ll do:
Remote operation management activities, in terms of development, execution and roll out on a timely manner
RCC operations are well planned and conducted safely and with sufficient redundancy in terms of personnel availability and skillset.
RCC project site optimisation of resources
Lead the O&M standard & governance across AMEAPAC, includes the Maintenance compliance measurements, MMS/FSL systems compliance and cost optimization initiatives
Lead the O&M initiatives for agreed USD savings
Own the Life Cycle Cost model and ensure its standard application for O&M estimation to support Maintenance material costs and manpower requirements for budget, forecasts and new work requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to develop business cases that support Operations enhancement on various aspects (digitalisation, product improvement, Projects designs…etc)
Support new product introduction by developing LCC model, field trials support and early Infant period performance monitoring.
Operations optimisation & innovation vision across AMEAPAC
Leader managing a team with direct reports and influencing a wider group of Teams across the regions.
Act as an owner of ESR across AMEAPAC
QHSE objectives (MSW, RIR)
Remote Operations services are live across AMEAPAC (Monitoring, dispatch & Tech support)
Operation optimisation at projects sites
Overall Maintenance compliance above 90% per Annum
TSD customer satisfaction above 95% per Annum
Ontime Reporting as per agreed stakeholders requirements & frequency
Team Engagement score >80% as per Behead survey
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
10 years' experience in managing Operation in International organisation with at least 5 years proven records of managing teams.
Background of IPP’s contract performance management
Commercial & business acumen is a plus
Advance Knowledge in Aggreko Equipment and products
Advance Knowledge of Power Plants operation & Maintenance
Experience in Managing/developing Remote centres is a plus
Must also be able to demonstrate their ability to lead 24/7 availability team members.
Strong Controls & IT infrastructure knowledge
Engineering background is a must
