Senior Manager – Infrastructure Delivery

I’m looking for an Infrastructure Design and delivery Specialist to take ownership of my clients’ IT infrastructure strategy and execution.

In this critical role, you’ll design and deliver robust infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, lead high-impact projects, and mentor both suppliers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions aligned with organizational strategy
• Lead full lifecycle of infrastructure platforms and tools-from evaluation to retirement
• Drive complex IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, managing scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, security, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless integration
• Own capacity planning, infrastructure roadmaps, and performance optimization
• Act as a thought leader and mentor, championing technical excellence and innovation
• Stay ahead of tech trends, evaluating and integrating new technologies that drive performance and efficiency

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of infrastructure design and delivery experience across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Strong expertise in cloud (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
• Certifications preferred: TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), VMware VCP
• Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects
• Deep understanding of security, disaster recovery, and business continuity best practices
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
