Job Description: Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support legal strategies, litigation, and decision-making.Assist with corporate incorporation transactions, analyze complex contract terms, and provide recommendations on contract negotiation strategies and compliance.Address complaints related to company operations and manage contract performance, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.Identify training needs, ensure adherence to health, safety, and information security policies, and manage audit findings to reduce departmental risks.
