In this role, you will ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning programs through the development and implementation of rigorous standards.

  • Implement changes based on feedback and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all learning programs adhere to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation to support compliance efforts and program evaluations.
  • Prepare insightful reports on learning program effectiveness and compliance for senior management.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with learning and development teams across the business to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Share best practices and insights to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
