Job Positions: Senior IT support Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi



Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Computer, IT or related field.

Strong knowledge of operating systems Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Experience in installing and maintaining computers, printers and network devices.

Foundational understanding of network concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.

Knowledge of basic information security principles and security procedures.

Provide technical support to users by phone, email, or in person. Resolve complex technical problems related to hardware, software, and networks.

Manage and follow up on the technical support system and ensure quick resolution.

Provide training and technical support to users on how to use hardware and software.

Create and update user guides and procedures.

Work closely with other IT team members to ensure integrated technical services.

Escalate more complicated issues to specialized teams when necessary.

Participate in IT projects related to system and infrastructure upgrades.
