About the Role
This is an important hire; we are looking for a Senior Interior Designer/ Creative Director with 15-20 years of experience in premium hospitality projects.
The appointed person will be given design leadership responsibilities and will work in direct contact with the company chairman. They must be able independently manage all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously and manage a team of 20 people.
Key responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong creative skills with excellent concept development abilities.
Maintain a direct line to the Chairman and exhibit clear communication skills to pitch to clients.
Apply high technical expertise with astute knowledge of drawings.
Manage all project phases from feasibility to delivery, with a clear understanding of market and budget.
Utilise a high commercial mindset focused on project success.
Ensure compliance with EU regulations through a sound understanding of relevant guidelines.
