Senior Inspector

Our office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is now looking for a highly motivated and experienced vendor Senior Inspector for full-time employment.

The in-house Senior Inspector is responsible for representing Fulkrum Technical Resources and its Clients on-site; they will be required to carry out QC activities as directed by the Fulkrum Operations Manager, Senior QC Coordinator or QC Coordinator.  

Main Responsibilities

• Representing Fulkrum and its clients in the execution of field QC activities
• Perform all aspects of vendor inspections.
• Visual inspection of commodities in line with qualifications and experience
• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior Inspectors
• Providing desk support to Fulkrum operations (for example report reviews)
• Creation, review and submission of field reports working with close cooperation with QC Coordinators

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum BSc in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
  
• Required qualifications: Coating and welding, specifically NACE level 2 and B-GAS level 2, CSWIP 3.1
• API certifications is advantage
  
• Experience in welding, painting and coating vendor inspections
• Knowledge and experience of all zone types of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of Oil and Gas industry project types both on and offshore
• Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
