Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with overall process and process safety experience
Should be familiar with P&ID, Control philosophy and Control Narrative (Mandatory)
Design experience at various stages of project lifecycle such as FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction Engineering, Commissioning & Pre commissioning etc
12 years relevant experience is required
Minimum 8 years in Oil & Gas industry at engineer level
Preference for candidates who have experience in ADNOC group of companies
Strong understanding of relevant UAE and international HSE regulations (e.g., ADNOC, API)
Excellent risk assessment and auditing skills
Proficiency in HSE software applications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Sound training and presentation skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems
Proven experience of conducting safety skills and awareness training programs
