Job Description
- Maintain all human resources documents and information keyed into human resources management system and ensures its accuracy and integrity to support operational and reporting requirements.
- Implement talent acquisition processes including administration, assessments, interviews and contract generation. Perform workforce analytics/studies to identify FAA's talent capabilities and skills gap.
- Conduct employee on boarding and provide assistance in organizing training & development initiatives. Support new employees adopt the FAA’s value and be productive through on-boarding programs and employee services.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
