About the OpportunityThe Senior Growth Manager will work on the growth strategy to expand our user base and increase trading volume across the region. You’ll manage and scale acquisition channels, optimize performance, and execute multi-channel campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams. With a strong analytical mindset, you’ll leverage data insights to drive user acquisition, retention, and execute go-to-market strategies.



What You’ll Be Doing 
  • Acquisition & Scaling: Develop and scale acquisition channels for both web and mobile platforms, leveraging key digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, etc..
  • Performance & Optimization: Manage key performance accounts and optimize models (CPA, CPC, CPM) for continuous improvement. Use A/B testing and multivariate analysis to drive efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and tailored to the relevant market needs.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches, ensuring successful customer adoption and strong brand positioning in the market.
  • Data & Reporting: Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS). Use insights to adjust strategies and maximize performance across marketing channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, creative, and data teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and optimize the user journey from acquisition to retention.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct regular market research and gather customer insights to refine positioning, identify opportunities, and inform product development and marketing strategies.

 




What We Look For In You 
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech or crypto.
  • Proven success in scaling acquisition campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, DSPS).
  • Strong data analysis skills with tools like amplitude, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, SQL, optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (paid social, SEO, programmatic, mobile app acquisition).
  • Ability to drive strategy, execute GTM campaigns, and optimize for performance.
  • Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing for landing page and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with MENA market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities.
