Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Manager to spearhead our paid media strategy and lead a team focused on driving business growth through Google Ads, PPC, ad tech, Meta campaigns, bidding platforms, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing paid media campaigns, preferably within the real estate sector, and be an expert in leveraging data-driven insights to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the paid media strategy to drive growth, maximize ROI, and meet business objectives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the paid media team, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Google Ads, PPC, Meta campaigns, and other paid media channels.
- Optimize bidding strategies, targeting, ad creatives, and performance metrics to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth and address challenges proactively.
- Ad Tech & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and platforms in paid media and ad tech.
- Identify and implement new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance campaign performance and team productivity.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams, including branding, content, and sales, to ensure alignment across campaigns and business goals.
- Liaise with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign delivery and results.
