As a Senior FM Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of facility management with a specialization in ELV systems. • Provide technical expertise and guidance in the area of ELV services, including structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual systems, and building management systems.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for ELV systems to ensure their optimal performance and operation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new installations of ELV systems.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner, prioritizing work orders to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for efficient and cost-effective operation of ELV systems.
