Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. They must have strong leadership skills, excellent English communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive financial growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Develop and implement financial policies, risk management, and cost control strategies.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and market trends.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, and compliance.
  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive financial strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
