Job Description
The purpose of the role is to act as the focal point for all people operations related to Masdar’s international offices, joint ventures, project and teams ensuring that all people-related matters and services are addressed timely and effectively in close collaboration with the People & Culture team and other relevant internal stakeholders. This role ensures consistent and efficient people processes, compliance with local and international regulations, and supports the overall P&C strategy of Masdar.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or relevant field
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an asset
• Certification from recognized HR bodies (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an asset
Preferred Experience:
• 6-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a global or regional HR role or an equivalent experience
