Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Use insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies. etc


Skills
