Job Description

1. Advise potential investors on their business set-up process from receiving an inquiry to submission of application until the application is under processing with the investor team.


2. Act as the central point of reference to the Call Center on all cases raised thru the center and ensure cases are addressed and closed.


3. Maintain an understanding of relevant EZW products, services, processes and procedures so that clients can be provided with the information that they require in a timely and accurate manner.


4. Manage portals to which inquiries are received from acknowledgement to closure. (Example: web inquiries, general inquiries channeled thru Ahlan…etc.)


5. Lead the Call Center Cases portal and manage the assignment of respondents to cases.


6. Follow thru until Call Center Cases are CLOSED in a timely and efficient manner.


7. Start conversations with potential investors and gain their trust thru providing answers to their inquiries and facilitating the support they require.


8. Establish communications with key internal and external parties for the purpose of obtaining the approvals required to facilitate the application processing.


9. Maintain records and report on all inquiries received from all channels and all cases raised thru the Call Center.
