About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Assistant to join Executive Office in Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:  


  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and optimize the executive’s schedule to ensure efficiency.
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Prepare high-level reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee confidential documents and correspondence with the highest level of integrity.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects, collaborating with various teams to meet deadlines.

About you:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and proactive approach.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
