Senior Engineer – Performance Assurance BHS

What you’ll deliver

• You’ll support the Section Manager in outsourcing criteria, risk analysis, technical evaluations, and contract requirements, including safety and performance improvements, maintenance best practices, and DA process integration.

• You’ll assist in contractor selection and advise on cost-effective contract setup.

• You’ll ensure daily that work meets DA specifications and contract requirements, and verify quality and reporting in MAXIMO.

• You’ll monitor SLAs, ensure efficient resource use, and propose contract modifications to align with DA processes, evaluating outsourcing annually.

• You’ll participate in continuous improvement projects, provide frontline support and training to contractors, incorporate contractor expertise into DA's knowledge base, manage stakeholder interfaces, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelors Degree level specialized in Engineering or a related field.

• You should have at least 3-5 relevant years of experience.

• You should have clear understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view as well as knowledge of related DA ES processes.
