Senior Engineer, Asset Management System

JOB PURPOSE : Oversights and responsibility for delivery of Assets Management strategies, plans, reviews and actions for new projects to ensure reliable and safe operations of new assets. Design and Implementation of Facilities Maintenance Strategy, Reliability Strategy coordinates Reliability Programs and resources for the New Fields. Manage the engineering developments of the Assets Management System (AMS) for New Fields. Supervises the implementations of criticality assessments processes for Assets and spare parts according to set Maintenance Strategy and guidelines. Manages and supervises the implementations of the Reliability Cantered Maintenance technique that will be implemented on critical equipment (Assets). Development and selection of the proper maintenance strategy for each Assets based on its criticality. Ensure implementation of Conditions Monitoring techniques on Assets as appropriate. Register Assets spare parts, preparations of Assets bills of materials and ordering the required 2 years operation spare parts. Review spare parts interchangeability records (SPIR), develop Bill of materials, assesses criticality of spares and optimizes spare parts stock levels. Review Engineering packages and provide quality assurance of the structured data with CMMS description. Develop system reports to cover all user requirements in all system modules. Reviews and evaluates the maintenance and reliability work processes & practices, technology deployment and utilization, identify bottle necks, determine causes of poor performance and execute solutions. Coordinate with Integrity engineers on the integrity requirements to be implemented in the AMS. Manage contractors, consultants and vendors engaged in providing services associated with AMS. Plan and supervise the activities of the personnel and resources of the Section to achieve the Department objectives in an efficient and cost-conscious manner while ensuring implementation of approved operational plans for the Section in line with Department objectives. Develop the knowledge, competencies and innovative spirit in the Section and support the establishment of Personal Development Plans (PDP’s), Succession Planning and Talent pipeline within the Section in coordination with the Human Capability Group to continuously develop employees with emphasis on UAE Nationals to meet Emiratization targets.
