Job Summary:



This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive the strategic digital transformation and shape the daily digital marketing agenda in Eurasia and Middle East Operating Unit. This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including DAO (Digital Acceleration Office), Marketing Categories, Human Insights, DTS (Digital and Technology Service) and other internal or external brand development teams, to ensure seamless integration of consumer experience and achieve the company's digital objectives



Responsibilities:



  • Lead and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth. 



  • Define and iterate the LRP (Long-range Plan) and ABP (Annual Business Plan) for owned digital platforms, consumer data, social and emerging platforms, aligned with business and marketing objectives.  



  • Implement robust measurement and analytics processes to evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives.Use data insights to refine strategies and improve the consumer engagement effectiveness across TCCC digital and social ecosystem.



  • Work closely with various Marketing departments to ensure digital initiatives align with brand values and consumer experience strategy. Collaborate with OU DAO, global IMX Digital and MarTechteams on the networked digital experience and capabilities priorities.



  • Test and learn the new digital business model and digital consumer experience by exploring the innovated technology, partnership and way of workings.



Requirements:



  • Passion for consumer-centered digital transformation and a desire to advocate for the most innovative digital business and the best consumer experience.



  • Minimum of 15 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar leadership role.Significantexperience and know-howin media strategyand media planning across all touchpoints.



  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and manage risks in complex environments.



  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.



  • Proven experience in at least one customer-centric digital marketing domain, amongst owned digital platform, social and emerging platforms.
