Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful online marketing strategies. This role requires an organized, creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can drive our digital presence to new heights.


  • Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility for PHS and APRMC and drive online traffic across various digital platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, landing page development, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee content creation and distribution for PHS and APRMC, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
  • Marketing Collateral: Oversee the development of marketing material such as brochures, flyers, videos, presentations, new service identities, websites, etc. for PHS and APRMC including graphic design and content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
  • SEO/SEM Management: Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase website traffic for PHS and APRMC.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage the NPS and customer satisfaction surveys across PHS and APRMC working closely with cross-functional teams and track the results to create actionable feedback to improve customer service.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across PHS and APRMC platforms, including content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing metrics and create detailed reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budgets for PHS and APRMC, ensuring optimal ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and sales to ensure alignment and synergy in all marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing plans.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the healthcare industry.
  • Relationship with Group Marketing: Collaborate closely with Group Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and development of creative design and content across all marketing material as well as any company management requirements.
  • Relationship with Marketing Suppliers: Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure production requests for Marketing collateral and are completed as planned, on time and within budget.
  • Company Website: Manage and update PHS and APRMC website content consistently and enhance overall website design, ensuring a continually smooth user experience with good functionality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in marketing.

Additional Information

Experience


  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Marketing experience in the Healthcare industry.

Skills & Abilities


  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic language.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing certifications.
