Job Description

Prepare and deliver all digital assets to the correct technical, design and content specifications, ensuring high quality standards are met for all supported digital channels within the agreed Service Level Agreements. 
Job Outline:


  • Quality Control

Prepare and review content then published to staging, ensuring it meets all requirements of the input brief, is functionally and technically correct and adheres to the master blueprint. Maintain a status report on the performance of Tridion content database and publishing queue, escalating any issues as soon as they occur.


  • Online champion

Own the day to day maintenance and updates for the Group's websites through Tridion (CMS) in the given native language. Become the language champion for the relevant publication and take full responsibility for it's successful upkeep. This also includes the lifecycle of content and documentation management. Support the team to ensure successful live publishing of web content with agreed timelines.


  • Brand Management

Update, modify and deliver quality content across the Group's websites, while strictly observing and managing quality standards, regulations and deadlines. Implement and maintain web publishing and documentation guidelines in their language of responsibility as well as English. Undertake regular consistency checks of the different language publications across regions.


  • Corporate Identity

Source and create imagery assets for the Group's websites while adhering to guidelines and direction set by the department. Maintain a plan for localisation of content and optimise processes to drive down speed- to-market. Contribute to the development and evolution of the digital brand and content.


  • Integrated Communications

Monitor and update the status of assignments to facilitate the delivery of integrated campaigns. Decide how images and other material can be digitally optimised and presented for the web. Maintain and respect file and folder naming conventions to ensure synergy and consistency of Emirates Group image and content across all communication digital platforms.


  • Project Management

Review and understand the content input briefs, ensuring that briefs are complete and assets included, ensuring delivery of work to the agreed timeline. Ensure that relevant data is uploaded to the Monthly KPI Stats sheet for each task
