Senior Design Architect-Technical Design

Responsibilities:

• Undertake any required in house Architectural design and documentation as directed by the HOD / Design Lead.
• Coordinate with various project team members to ensure smooth project progress.
• Ensure timely and accurate Architectural design review documentation, reporting and filing
• Manage relationships for Architectural tender package review aspects of all projects

Qualification/ Education:-

• Minimum expectations is over 7 to 10 years of related experience 
• Architecture / Architectural Engineering degree with tenured experience in across Community, Hospitality, and Villas and Town houses.
