Senior Design Architect-Concepts

Key Accountabilities

• Work with the design team on the process for multiple projects, from conceptual design to Technical Stages
• Develop and present design proposals to SVP, VP and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure design solutions meet, budget constraints, project timelines, technical challenge and outstanding design.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, providing support and feedback to enhance their professional growth.
• Coordinate with other team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture minimum requirement, ideally Master’s Degree qualified

Minimum Experience

• 8-10 years of Design experience with Internationally-recognised Design Firms or Developers on high-end residential projects (vertical & horizontal) 
• In addition, Hospitality and Retail design experience would be ideal
